使用 Foundry 替代 tenderly 的 simulator:
对于一个可升级合约：
1. Fork 线上环境，指定 number
2. 部署一个与当前 impl 代码相同的新 impl，并且升级到该 impl
3. 在测试中调用对应的函数，选择合适的日志级别跑测试
4. 可以自由地在 impl 中加 console.log
